My car drove over days of dirt roads and it needed a bath. This car wash is a typical coin operated - power wash (with lots of pressure) - loaded soap brush. At the time of this post, it cost $1.50 for 5 or 8 mins (just keep feeding it when the session is over). There's a change machine right there. It took 3 sessions for my car. I went on a Sat just after lunch. Apparently, that's a popular time; maybe a 20 min wait. There's also a coin operated vacuum station. It all did the trick!
