refuse to answer the phone about my warranty on the foundation, i payed over 12K trying to talk to them over 3 weeks, email, and no one is replying - zero accountability and customer service they say make you give the information. to reach out about the problem but no one ever reaches out or picks up the phone i am extremely concerned
