I had an issue with moisture in crawlspace. Estimator visited and gave us options and design. We entered contract. Communication was great. The installer, Alan, was very punctual, explained what he and his crew were doing each day. Very impressed with professionalism. Entire area was kept clean and at end of install everything was reviewed. I was very pleased and would recommend CBS to others.

The installation team was very efficient with the install. They sent excellent pictures of their work which was good because the work was done in a crawl space. Eric, Jesus and Robert are commented for excellent work and similar cleanup. My wife and I are glad we chose Carolina Basement Systems.

Technician Brody O'Neal came out on time and serviced my crawl space dehumidifier and sump pump. He was focused and on task. He kept everything neat and clean. He was efficient and personable.

They provided falsified and contradictory inspection reports, one claiming helical piers, another push piers, with incorrect dates, no evidence of the engineer inspection they insisted had occurred.
