Went to Carls equipment Patchogue,to replace a broken spring for my Ariens snowblower. I brought the broken spring with me to match up. The front desk guy said they didn’t have Ariens parts but he’d bend my old spring. Charged me $10 to do what I could’ve done myself, put the $10 in his pocket, & the spring broke trying to install it again. I went to Power Equipment Plus & paid less for a brand new spring. I’m just going to say don’t go to Carl’s. They love you while buying a product but don’t want to know you if you have issues. And the manager of the Patchogue location is the most disrespectful person I have ever done business with.

An update to my last review of last year. My Toro Zero turn mower had some new issues at the end of the season. Brought it in to Carl's went all in on needed repairs. Runs like new! All the folks there are friendly and thoroughly professional. Carl's Equipment is by far the best!
