I had questions about my inspection the day after due to going over sellers credit for repairs before buying my house! He was very honest and explained things very well! 10/10

Carl has done a few of my clients inspections and he is by far one of my favorite inspectors. I wish all of my clients would choose him. His reports are very thorough. When he is done inspecting the property he will always take us around to show us his findings, which helps my clients out a lot. All in all he is a great inspector.
