This place is a complete scam. The inspection lasted less than 5 minutes, most of which consisted of attempts to upsell for other services. David, one of their technicians came out and originally said the flashing needed to be repaired but couldn’t do it that day and had to comeback. He said that the chimney needed to be cleaned as well.
