Had a hot water valve leak on a weekend. Sam showed up within an hour and replaced the part immediately. Excellent and friendly service.

Sam did an outstanding job removing our old water heater and installing the new one. He arrived right on time, was extremely professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything, worked efficiently, and left the area clean when the job was finished. Kyle and Stephen did a wonderful job of finding a tricky leak and providing a fix. Stand out was deployment of thermal camera but also doing good old fashioned drywall removal once nothing was discovered to identify the leak source. During remediation they also repaired a few other possible points of failure, I appreciated forward thinking.

My experience working with Cardinal has been excellent. The office is very accommodating and was able to work around another commitment in my schedule for my most recent visit. Jhony arrived during the estimated window, listened to my concerns and suggested an appropriate course of action.
