We knew what we needed so we didn't have to visit their showroom. Everything was done over the phone. I went online and found the fireplace I wanted. I found Cal Window/Fireplace through the manufacturer website. I wanted to see the fireplace in person. I called Cal Window and Fireplace, Patrick let me know they didn't have the fireplace I wanted on display. But he said he could order it and save on the shipping because they're a local dealer. Our fireplace was installed crooked. It's not symmetrical. We told the installer and I guess he didn't do anything. Its off on the X and Y axis. Update 8/2/24: I forgot about this and gave up on it; until a notification email popped up...The job was under my wife's name, Amy Chan; work done in redwood city; the owner can look up the invoice around the post time frame. She didn't want to deal with it. Not worth delaying our remodel for this; especially when we told the installer about it;
