I’m not sure we are a good reference. We had communication issues (days without hearing from her or returning our calls) with your sales agent and, moreover, she never showed us any color other than white. She pulled the white material out of our house and we went with a dark material which she finally showed us. I think we paid excess amounts due to the change out from white to dark. California Closets did an amazing job making my wife’s dream closet a reality. The process was smooth, easy, and efficient. I would never want to leave a company that I have used many times in the past such a review. However, I feel this is the only way to get attention to an issue that they have failed to fix. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the problem, the only thing I’ve gotten is excuses and fluff. This incident is isolated to the Nashville office.
