We were so pleased with the quick turn around from when we got the estimate to when the team was able to come out and clean up the old attic insulation and install new rodent resistant insulation. We were extremely pleased with CA Attic & Build. They were able to come within a few days of the given estimate and were extremely reasonable. Since the installation, we have used the whole house fan a couple of times at night after warmer days and the house is cooled in 5 minutes. This was a very economical alternative to central air.

I would like to recommend CA Attic & Build. The house I bought had a rat infestation and CA Attic came in and removed all the old insulation, sanitized the space as well as sealed up all the holes where they were coming in. Then they blew in new insulation, and it really made the house smell so much better after they were finished. I would not hesitate to use their services in the future.
