The employees are very nice thus the 3 stars. But emailing and calling me 2 days prior to our install saying there are spots on the granite. Who would want spots on their new granite? Our sales rep seemed shocked when I stated I want to cancel! The manager was not available to discuss options - and pretty much talking to the sales rep when I asked for them to work with us. Do not do business with cabinet and granite direct. I've dealt with them 3 times and all 3 times was a problem. This last time they had measured the job come out to install the guy who measured the job measured it wrong . So had to take the island piece back and I had to wait longer for the install. Nothing from them on the install taking longer then expected. Install finally got done. Was waiting on a final bill. Nothing for 5 days. Then I called and was closed cause of the holidays. 2 days lat
