Horrible company extremely unprofessional and invasive

Worst possible experience and I only.got as far as the lady who answered the phone. I never complain but she was so rude then had the nerve to say it was because I wasn't answering her questions. Ma'am take the time to listen to what I am trying to tell you and you would realize your questions had nothing to do with the reason I was calling.
