Randy and crew built my house in 1999, and my ADU in 2022. I can't recommend them highly enough. Randy is a thorough, responsive communicator, his crew is highly skilled, and his project manager Michele is on top of every detail. You may pay more but it's worth it.

From a subcontractor perspective, BW was great to work with, Scott was onsite and available at all times. Great communication and scheduling. Prompt payment processing as well. Looking forward to working with these guys in the future.
