Ordered Beige and got a grey panel. I used their catalog to pick the color. They refuse to refund me and now I’m at a 3500 dollar loss due to their inaccurate and falsely advertised colors. 0/10. They have ruined a significant amount of future business too. Highly recommend against this company. Do not use. We will be escalating this issue.

This is my second purchase of fence material from BuyDirectVinyl for personal installation, not professional. Paul was the BEST - patient, kind, and so much help! He was quick to reply and happy to answer questions through the entire process. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Installation is not 100% complete yet but I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new privacy and 3 rail fence.
