We've used Bulwark for over 10 years and always had a great experience but Jonathan R treated our home today and went above and beyond. He literally power washed our trash cans bc we couldn't be bothered to apparently and had a maggot farm inside of them. After cancelling my last 3 appointments with Bulwark and clearly stating that we would call back to reschedule once our schedules were more predictable, they still showed up at our house today with absolutely no appointment scheduled. Normally they send a very last minute notification right before arriving, which is already frustrating and not enough time to prepare, but today there was no notice at all.
