Our laundry room experienced a burst pipe that took us over a week to find out. We ended up needing mold inspection and mitigation. Obviously, none of this was a fun experience BUT the best part of our dilemma was working with Best Option Restoration. Ryan and Jesus, removed all the moldy drywall and wet flooring. We had a shower drain disconnect in our walk in shower and you could hear water underneath the shower floor. We reached out to built different restoration and were walked through the steps of what was needed.
