Made the process painless. Explained in detail and in advance the process and what would be involved not only with the company but insurance as well. Felt comfortable throughout the process.

The roofers started early and worked till it started raining so came back the next day and finished. I did have a few complaints about the leaks on my patio from their replacements. Guy came back and sealed so waiting for rain to see if it’s all fixed.
