Categorizing my experience with this particular franchise would be most helpful to others. Based on a five star scale: Product quality (non "smart" blinds) 5, "smart" blinds 0, sales rep 5, installation 3, customer service 0. After waiting double the estimated time for the products, I was left with two "smart" blinds (on my largest windows) that weren't "smart" and were nearly useless. There was no way to charge the motors (the installer forgot both chargers) and the wireless setup failed on bot
