On time and efficient? - Check... Able and willing to answer our questions and anticipate things we didn't think of? Check and check... So, without hesitation we "pulled the trigger" and bought higher quality blinds than we had intended thanks to the information and suggestions that Rob gave to us! So far, better than "so goo

Excellent experience from ordering to installation. The hardest part was waiting for them, however they arrived exactly when they in the time frame given and once they arrived, they called & scheduled to install the very next day. Shannon came in and had all installed in no time at all. Highly recommend!

Corey is amazing. Super respectful of our home and very cordial from beginning to end of the appointment. Showed me how to work my new shutters as well. Great work and great interaction with customers. He gets a 10 out of 10! I love my new shutters!
