Had a measure/estimate done 7/23 by Angela. Sent an email to her on 7/24 and STILL waiting for a response! 3 days and still no reply! It takes 6 weeks for blinds to come in from Budget Blinds so time is of the essence for me! Typical business email etiquette to reply is 24 hrs! We called Budget Blinds, and Angie came out the next day. She measured my windows with a neat little gadget that shines a light right to left and top to bottom for accurate measurements. It took about 2 weeks for the blinds to arrive. Angie installed them herself, and it only took her one hour to install 8 Blinds, including the brackets. It would have taken me all day 😂.
