Joel and his colleague were very polite, friendly, and efficient! The blinds look phenomenal.
We did our entire home with budget blinds and originally had no issues. We now have an issue with our shades on the sliding glass door. We have called and called and called and no one ever calls us back. Its been well over a month now.
