At 10am this morning, I had a 5-year old non-functioning motorized roller blind that I’d bought from Budget Blinds. I called and spoke to Walter, drove over, dropped off the blind and within 2 hours, I had a text to say they managed to replace the motor with a spare they had in the shop instead of sending back to Hunter Douglas.
