I went to the store and left because I was ignored… they knew I was there and nobody even said, “Give me a moment, I’ll be right with you.”
Front counter people were helpful in supplying me with what I needed to connect a water softener…. One trip and I had just what I needed. Thanks.
Ken was great. He found the parts we needed for a 1968 tub..good prices too. Would highly recommend this place for hard to find plumbing parts. They know their stuff!

Always pretty busy ..guys on the counter pretty laid back and are well able to address and come up with solutions to anything you can bring them .. they have never failed me in all the years I have gone there.

The supply house is second to none when it comes to customer service at the counter. They are always reasonably friendly and very knowledgeable. Most of the time they have what you need and if they don’t, they can get it quick.
