I scheduled gutter and window cleaning services for our building from Bubbles LLC. When I buzzed the technicians in, no one entered. I walked out front thinking they were confused about where to meet me. This was when I witnessed one of the technicians urinating on our building's lawn in a corner. I was honestly shocked, as we would've had no problem letting the team use our bathrooms. I immediately cancelled service over this unacceptable and disrespectful behavior.
