The staff were very friendly, and I had a great experience overall. The sales associate who assisted me was wonderful, and the delivery team was equally impressive. A special shoutout to Aaron and Ty- They did an amazing job setting up my couches exactly how I wanted them. I truly appreciate not having to lift a finger!

They were great at first, but once maintenance was needed, I was left on my own despite the supposed warranty. I requested to speak with a manager about issues with two separate items I purchased from them, but never received proper support. In the end, I had to pay out of pocket for replacement parts because they refused to help with the repairs. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for better service and support.
