Communication with customers is severely lacking. I emailed a number of times to get some questions answered, but had no reply. I called and left messages that were never returned. Finally, I just ordered on line because the website said someone would verify. No verification happened. My door showed up, and didn't fit. The door is too thick. Website has you measure height and width, but not depth. That probably should change. I contacted customer service, got a few cryptic directions, then noth

They were quick and knowledgeable with helping us find the correct size for our fireplace. The insert was easy to install and works perfectly!

My 40 year old fireplace is looking like new thanks to the new door from Brick Anew. It was very easy to install and it fits perfectly. I am very pleased with the results. Also customer service is excellent.
