We had a plumbing issue (non-emergency) that we informed them about Friday afternoon, and they tried to fit us in THAT EVENING! Understandably, they were so busy providing others preexisting promised service, they weren't able to make it that night. 10am I'm informed he's on his way and he's solved all our problems by 11! Very friendly, clear communication, customer focused. If you need a service provided that they offer, don't look anywhere else.

For what you can buy a brand new toilet they charge me just to do a simple 5-minute job fix they even tried to add tax on it I give one star only because they fixed it .Cust.Service is rotten.

I am so grateful for this company. Highly recommend!! The owner, Tim, was very nice and always making sure all our needs were taken care of! We had a gas leak in our water heater along with a couple other leaks and they got everything taken care of right away for us! They will definitely be our go to for any of our plumbing needs!

Tim at Brandon plumbing is the best. Went way out of his way to help me with my water heater. Bent over backwards to accommodate me. If you ever need a plumber, give Tim a call. I would rather support Tim and Brandon plumbing than those big name guys that never call back. Support the locals
