Several thousand dollars for work that never worked fully and they wanted more money to come out to fix their work. Bad experience

The two cameras you looked at are still not working. one worked for week and the other one never did. I am not sure why we can getting an invoice since you installed them and they were workig after you installed them. The was several thousand dollars and don't we get a a warranty. This is not good service
