They were very professional and throughly ensured all aspects of my home were wiped down beyond my expectations, leaving my home with a fresh clean smell. Sincerely disappointed by my experience. Paid almost $200 for a modestly sized two bedroom and came home to floors with visible dirt, a bathroom sink/tub not cleaned, cabinets not wiped down, cobwebs on ceiling and furniture. When I asked for at least a partial refund for the apartment I would have to clean again myself, I was told no. Feeling taken advantage of after a clean well below even non-professional standards.
