Update: As of July 2025 I am updated my review to 4 stars from what I wrote previously. The main reason is one person:Ray Lawrence, who is now in charge of the Columbus Office. Since he was hired to replace previous employees who could not meet expectations, Ray went above and beyond to make things right. I called 5 businesses first thing Monday morning after waiting the entire weekend to get someone to our house for a flooded finished basement. The last one I called and the first one to respond and able to come THAT DAY was BluSky! Austin & Jason arrived within an hour! We were so thrilled to see them! They explained thoroughly everything they would do. They both were courteous and worked hard all afternoon removing wet soggy carpeting and setting fans and dehumidifiers. They will return to
