Alex is a nice fellow. He listened to my concerns and addressed them or made helpful suggestions. Jason came back to check that everything was working as intended. A fine outfit.

My original rating for this company was very high. They used to service my house monthly for $50/month. After 3 years of loyal service, they silently changed to bi-monthly for the same price, and just informed everyone they will only be servicing QUARTERLY for a whopping $5 discount. So $540/year for my house to get serviced 4 times? That is insane! I am cancelling immediately and finding someone else.
