After waiting 1 year to get them to finish the 30 day walk through items, we discovered that they screwed up the brick on the back of the house and we now have water damage in our wall, on the trim and in our floor. It took another year to get the floor replaced from the damage and we still have mold in the trim and they want to just paint over it instead of replacing the $3 trim. Very unprofessional, they lie and do very poor quality work. If we can get anyone to respond or show up they all
