While I admire Dennis’s work ethic, I called him on Friday night, and he came to check the furnace on Saturday morning. After about 20 minutes of diagnosis, he found that the gas valve was broken. Dennis was punctual, honest and knowledgeable. He did not push new HVAC system, like other companies, and serviced what I currently have (AC Unit from ‘98). He told me to hold off a couple years until the new standard is out. I would definitely give him a call to service my HVAC system in the future.
