Really off-putting AI customer service. Can't get in touch with an actual person. I scheduled an appointment and no one shows up. I call back and get the same AI every time without answer. Someone was supposed to call me back, but they didnt. Avoid using this company, it seems like this entire company might be a scam.

Best AC company in the valley. Technician Mikie was extremely thorough and friendly. I used another AC company before and they did not give half the information Mikie did. They got my AC fixed in 1 day and helped with warranty paperwork. Will definitely be using them again thanks to Mikie.
