Worst experience of my life. Took forever to get an estimate and then I had to chase them to discuss it. Estimate covered a fraction of the notes they took on the visit. The glass replacement took more than 6 months and I had to repeatedly call to get it scheduled. Never an apology and never a call back. Unless you are replacing windows on scale, they don't want your business.

So I purchased a part on May 4th and was told I'd hear back in about a week. It's now May 27th and I'm still haven't heard back and these people won't answer the phone or reply to any messages or do anything to help a customer out so I guess I'm going to have to drive all the way down to the store and go inside and ask what the hell is going on with the part I ordered. I don't know what kind of company this is or who's running this company but obviously you don't give a shit about customer servi

Great service! Greg came almost right away and adjusted the Andersen patio door as well as an Andersen case window like a pro! These two had given me issues for a while but he did a great job at fixing them!
