Really appreciated that John located and provided the instructions we needed within several hours of our request. It worked!

I can’t speak highly enough about the owner John. He has helped my business on different occasions but this weekend he was a lifesaver! I had a major issue with the main dood to my retail store and John took the time to walk me through how to fix it so that I can reopen my store!! I was blown away with his patience and willingness to help just because he enjoys helping people. Anyone who has interacted with him I’m sure will say the same!! I’m a customer for life!!!

The bolt lock on my front door self-destructed. Well looking for someone to repair it. I stumbled across John quite literally. I showed him my problem. He took me aside showed me what was wrong and how he would fix it and expertly fix the lock quickly and efficiently. Not only that, but he didn’t charge me!
