When our pool pump (installed in May 2024) failed under warranty, they refused to honor their labor warranty and eventually stopped responding to our calls and emails entirely. After weeks of no communication, we were forced to contact the manufacturer directly to obtain a replacement pump and hire a different company to install it at our own expense.
