I had a significant pigeon problem under my solar panels, and Carlos from Black Pearl Pest Control came to the rescue. He not only eliminated the pigeons and cleaned up all the debris, but also installed critter control netting around the solar panels to prevent future issues. He left my property in better condition than when he arrived. At a very competitive price I might add. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service!
