Black Diamond brought in a sub-contractor that was cutting corners all over the place. I ended up having to stay home from my own job just to oversee the sub-contractor. When I discussed the issues with Black Diamond they acted like it was no big deal, just saying things like, "it happens." Had a terrible experience with their crew. They were rude, didn’t respond, and their project manager was condescending. Eventually, weeks later, Gilberto fixed the entire patio. I would not recommend them at all!
