Eric did solid, fast work on a deck railing repair for us. He was easy to work with, reasonably priced & did a thorough job cleaning up the worksite. I’ve already recommended him to another friend.

Eric put in a door for me ( both a new solid wood dutch door and a security storm door) and I couldn't be happier! I love my door, and appreciated his checking in throughout the process. I have other updates needed around the house and will certainly be given Black and Gold builders a ring first! The door still needs to be stained/painted but I will be doing that myself.

Eric responded quickly and professionally. He did a great job and even left the basement cleaner than it was. He removed a closet in the basement, including removing a light fixture, and fixed our garage door opener. I highly recommend him.
