I have used this service twice and both times have wonderful! Sylvia is so kind, informative, and professional and the guys who have dropped off and pick both bins up have been very nice and respectful! Bins dropped right when I was told they would be and picked up in a timely manner, even swept up remaining mess as well, I can’t recommend this business enough!! Everything from start, getting the quote, to end, the pickup, was phenomenal! As I usually do, I called around to several other business for quotes and Been There Dump That was by far the best price. The bin was a perfect size for what I needed. Now I only wish my sneaky neighbors wouldn’t have been dumping in my bin as I’m sure I will now have to pay extra for the weight.
