Nice, detailed report with pictures that can be easily separated to give to the builder and subsets to each trades person so they see what Alfredo sees. It also included some things that are practical to address even though it is not the builder's responsibility. And that's a nice-to-know for me so I can address so it stays a small issue rather than a bigger one down the road.
