Very easy to rent online so it was ready to use when I arrived. Pleasant customer service during the follow up call. The bag that was inside my unit with the lock had a cutter to open the plastic packaging on the lock-useful because those are hard to open. Thank you!

I have had a unit at this facility for years. Great secure storage. Never had any problems with communication. I can always get someone on the phone when needed. I also forget gate codes since i have multiple units in multiple states, So I really like the easy text to open the gate access that they provide!
