Used Big City Plumbing recently to replace my boiler that "died." Mike worked to get me scheduled asap and install a new Navien boiler. Benny and Brendan came over and did the entire install including removing the old unit in 1 day! They did a great job, it was clear that Benny took great pride in his work both from a functional and aesthetic view (before and after pics below). Big City Plumbing bailed us out twice. The first time Benny and Gavin came over to fix our heating system in the middle of a cold spell.
