Customer service through the office/email/warranty is definitely not the greatest, but go through your sales representative and they will take care of you. We are very grateful that he took the time to come take care of us. That is what makes excellent customer service and one company outshine another.*** Turf looks good, had a few issues with install as it wasn’t completely against our wall
