I contacted Bianca Plumbing on May 21st requesting an appointment to replace my hot water heater the week of June 8th or June 15th. They said either week has openings. I asked them to schedule me the week of June 8th, any day and time works. They replied, ok we can do that. I contacted them on June 2nd and June 5th asking when I would be scheduled. Jake & Dagen scoped the job, found where the problems where, dug a trench, repaired the damaged section and left the job in great shape. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat.
