Easy to work with and product seems a good quality. It did take them 4 months to start which may not have been their fault. This caused them to start in the coldest part of the last winter. I felt sorry for their workers who froze. Did have one problem that they have not resolved, a leak. Although i may have resolved this myself but they have been contacted numerous times to check it out. To date no one has stopped out or contacted me.
