Jair was fantastic. He was immediately responsive on a Saturday, and available the very next day (Sunday) for a low-urgency project. I needed help deepening the strike hole for my door. He asked for pictures of the lock and door jamb and gave me some diagnostic tests, all so he could make sure he knew what the job would entail and make sure he had the right tools. The job overall took him about 2 minutes, but he double checked everything before starting work and flagged a few items I should look

Amazing service, I needed a duplicate for motorcycle keys but iI was currently far away from them. They even referred me to soneone closer if i needed it earlier.
