Van and his son were super responsive with scheduling and able to get me on the calendar the very next day. Personable and professional, they mop hardwoods on their way out and use corner wall shields to protect them from the hoses. Got a great deal adding an area rug last minute. Minimal water almost fully extracted..definitely not oversaturated like many carpet cleaning agencies in the market we've used in years past.
