Had a mysterious problem in our primary bathroom that we thought was a plumbing problem in our drain. Had 2 other plumbers come, clear out the drain, and told us they hoped it fixed the problem. It didn’t. Then we called Home Serve who sent DJ. He was wonderful. Listened to our description of the problem, took time to think through possible solutions, and went under our house in record high heat. Discovered a pest problem…no plumbing issues. Delightful young man to work with, determined to help,

Jamie was awesome - he explained exactly what the plumbing problem was, fixed it, and told us some preventative tips to keep it from happening again. I would call them for any future issue without hesitation.
